Mary Wood

Mary Bernadine Wood departed her loving family on March 8, 2022. Mary was born In Boston on February 21, 1947 to Joseph Campbell and Eleanor St. Peter. She was the oldest of five children. Ronald McCulloch, Edward McCulloch, Jeanne Morsett (all deceased,) and Kathleen St. Peter.

She spent her childhood growing up near the water in Quincy. Mary was mother to Cheryl Westerlind, Richard McCulloch, Karen Harvey, and Cindy Lee. She raised her children with love in Attleboro with her husband Richard Wood of Taunton. She was Grandmother to Richard McCulloch Jr, Hannah Lee, Teah Lee, and Harrison Westerlind. Great-grandmother to Daemon McCulloch.

As an Administrative Assistant she worked for years as temp for the Kelly Girls Agency of Boston and later a Clerk for the city of Clearwater, Fl. The family moved to Clearwater in 1992 until the death of her husband in 1998. She retired in Attleboro working part time in Seabra Foods store, where she was well loved by many of the regular customers.

The family will have a Celebration of Life for her down in Clearwater at a later date. She loved the water and loved animals. Her favorite show was called Pitbulls and Parolees which helps abused and abandoned dogs. If you would like to donate in her memory go to: www.vrcpitbull.com.
