It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Laura Lee Geisel on June 7, 2023. Born on March 22, 1968, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Laura moved to Attleboro in 1977 and lived there ever since. Her compassionate, courageous, and spirited nature touched the lives of all who knew her. As Helen Keller once said, "Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. She is preceded in death by her mother, Vivianne Svoboda. Laura's supportive and selfless nature was a testament to her character, and her strong bonds with family and friends were treasured by all who knew her.

In her professional life, Laura worked in banking for over 30 years, most recently at TD Bank in North Attleboro for the past 20 years.. She was also an active member of the Rhode Island Scleroderma Support Group for 20 years and a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church in Attleboro and Sacred Heart Church in North Attleboro. Laura's hobbies included going out to dinner, movies every Tuesday, and playing bingo.
