Judith Zander

Judith A. (Fox) Zander of Greenville, RI, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 81 years of age. Beloved wife of late William E. Zander. Daughter of the late Viola (Angel) and Donald Fox. Loving mother of Robert Zander and his wife Tracy Johnson of E. Providence, RI; David Zander and his wife Laura of Wareham; and the late Jeffrey Zander. Cherished grandmother of Danielle, Kendra, Amberlynn, Dylan, and Ethan. Sister-in-law of Richard Zander and Charles Zander. Judith also leaves her life-long best friend of 75 years, Joan Salisbury of Smithfield, RI.

Judith was born in Providence, RI and went on to attend N. Providence High School, Class of 1958. She later moved to Greenville, RI where she lived most of her life. She worked as a clerk in the sewing and fabric department at her family business, William’s 5 & 10 in Centerdale, N. Providence. She later worked for Citizens Bank. Judith enjoyed ceramics, crafts, cooking, decorating, shopping and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed her 15 year long Wednesday breakfast gatherings with some of her best girlfriends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 4-7 PM at Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro. A Graveside Service will take place on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 10 AM at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, 1 Rhode Island Ave., Johnston, RI.
