Christopher W. Berger

Christopher W. Berger, 60, originally from Dighton, MA, passed away unexpectedly on October 16, 2025. Born on August 30, 1965, in Attleboro, Chris was the son of the late John A. and Muriel L. (Smith) Berger.

Chris was raised and educated in Dighton and was a graduate of Dighton-Rehoboth Regional High School. He enlisted in the United States Army after high school, then ventured on to work several warehouse jobs. Chris was most proud of his forklift abilities – holding multiple licenses and self-proclaimed best forklift operator there ever was. 😊 An avid model car collector, Chris had many of his prized models proudly on display.

Chris was preceded in death by his older brothers, John A. and Peter K. Berger, as well as his best kitty friend, "Bubba."

Chris, or Uncle Chicken to those closest to him, is survived by his niece, Rachel (Crocket) and their children Jaxson, Madelyn, Lucas and Nate, his nephew Peter, best friend and cousin, Mike Smith, his dear cousin Sue Olson, and several other family members. He also leaves behind his beloved cat, "Covid."

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation on Tuesday, November 4th from 5 -7pm at Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro, MA.
