Mr. Arthur Burt Obituary (1944

Arthur Burt, 71, of Rehoboth, passed away Friday, October 9, 2015 at home, surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Gail (Lennox) Burt. Born on April 12, 1944 in Pawtucket, RI, he was a son of the late Arthur and Dolores E. (Breton) Burt. Arthur worked for many years as a District Supervisor for Bliss Brothers Dairy and was a member of the New England Ice Cream Association. He was a jack of all trades: an avid hunter and he enjoyed fixing cars and spending time at his camp in VT. He is survived by his daughters and daughters-in-law, Anne Burt of Rumford, RI, Katie Burt of Worcester, MA, Meghan Mills of Attleboro, Sarah Burt of Woodstock, GA, Mary Beth Mills of Attleboro, Mary Payne of Rehoboth, MA, Jessie Burt-Stephens of Attleboro, MA; sons and son-in-law, Patrick Burt of Woodstock, GA, Ryan Burt of Attleboro and Jake Malo of Rehoboth, Matt Greenough of Worcester, MA, Patrick Carey of Rumford, RI; sisters, Phylis Cambria of Rehoboth and Barbara Borge of New Bedford, and Lois Woodside of Riverside; brother Richard Burt of Attleboro; grandchildren, Casey Malo, Jack and Chloe Burt, and Finona Burt Greenough; great-grandchildren, Ethan Payne; and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Visitation from 4PM-7PM on Friday, October 16, 2015 in the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home 20 Peck St., Attleboro.
