Anthony (Tony) Edward Bolyn Jr., 79, of Plainville, Massachusetts, passed away on August 30, 2023. Born on August 21, 1944, in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Tony was a faithful servant. Tony is survived by his wife of 57 years, Nancy (Potter) Bolyn of Plainville, Massachusetts, and their three daughters, Elizabeth (Daniel) Thompson of Belmont, Massachusetts, Jennifer (Chris Williams) Bolyn of San Diego, California, and Julia (Dave) Bolyn McCann of Cumberland, Rhode Island, his adored grandchildren, Christian, Ryan Elizabeth, Cole, Makalyn, Avianna, and Madisyn. He also leaves behind his brother, Philip Bolyn of Norristown, Pennsylvania, and sisters, Vicki Miller of Durham, New Hampshire, and Kathy Medford of Blowing Rock, North Carolina.

His parents, Anthony Sr., and Frances (Bradshaw) Bolyn preceded him in death.

He had a successful career as a Marketing Executive at the Congoleum Corporation and Boston Thermal. Tony was also the proud owner of Mustard Seed Landscaping and worked for Blueview Nursery and Attleboro Farms. Despite his work commitments, he found time to nurture his love for fishing, reading, gardening, history, Bible study, and DIY home improvements.

A man of faith, Tony was an active member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church and served as a church council member there and at past Lutheran churches in New Jersey and Glens Falls, New York. Tony further demonstrated his commitment to service through his role as Past Board President of BETA Community Services. Someone once said, "A life of service is well and greatly lived." Tony 's life was this indeed.
