Mr. Jeffrey S. Kirk Obituary (1985

Jeffrey S. Kirk, age 57, of Attleboro, MA, died unexpectedly on Monday (Nov. 25) with his loving wife and children nearby. Mr. Kirk was a vice president at State Street in Boston before retiring last year after 33 years of service. Mr. Kirk was born and raised in Fairfield, CT, and graduated from what is now Johnson & Wales University before joining State Street in 1985. He was an avid golfer and sports fan, especially when it came to watching the PGA Tour and his favorite football team, the New York Giants. He loved his family and was a devoted husband. He was immensely proud of his children and stepchildren, supporting their endeavors and encouraging them to pursue their dreams. He mostly enjoyed spending time with his family. He enjoyed gardening with his wife and maintaining the lawn with his beloved John Deere lawn tractor. Mr. Kirk is survived by his wife, Laurie Bigelow Drucker Kirk of Attleboro, MA; his four children, Jeffrey S. Kirk Jr. and Kathleen L. Kirk, both of Attleboro, MA, and Christopher J. Kirk and Megan E. Kirk, both of North Attleboro, MA; two stepchildren, Kimberly Drucker of Brookline, MA, and Keith Drucker of Boston, MA; his parents, James Kirk (wife Elsie) of Lakeland, FL, and Bernice Saunders of Port St. Lucie, FL; his twin sister Lisa Kirk (wife Corinne Sandberg) of Ellington, CT; another sister, Karen Hamilton (husband Thomas Hamilton) of Waban, MA; and a niece and nephew, Bella and Avery Hamilton, both of Waban, MA. He was predeceased by his brother, Kenneth Kirk of Vail, CO. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation from 4-7 pm on Friday, November 29, 2019 in the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro, MA. Burial will be private.
